Last year Heidi got down to the last 50 from 5000 entrants of the mumpreneur awards, this was all thanks to years of hard work and an excellent team working with her.
Dust and Polish Cleaners was established 15 years ago by Heidi, she was a lone cleaner and built up the business doing the cleans with a little a help as the years went on and the client base got bigger. Now we have 12 cleaners and 104 clients on the books, so been a busy few years.
At Dust and Polish Cleaners we are focused on providing a domestic cleaning service with the highest levels of customer satisfaction and we will do everything we can to meet your expectations. With a variety of offerings to choose from, we're sure you'll be happy working with us.
We are not an cleaning agency, all the cleaners work for Dust and Polish Cleaners and are looked after as valued members of the team. The cleaners have set rotas and have the same customers unless they are on holiday or are sick. We cover sickness and holidays with our own cleaning staff if requested by the customer.
We try and create an relaxed atmosphere when giving quotes and cleaning as life isn't always straight forward so we try and adapt where we can.
We don't charge for cancelled cleans for holiday periods and can often swap days and hours to suit *if the times available.
If your not happy we often resolve the problems very quickly as often the issue is that some houses don't suit the cleaner or the cleaner the house. But we thrive on been honest and reliable and this works both ways. If your not happy tell us and let us resolve it quickly.
We supply the cleaning products and are fully insured for up to £5m *not including smaller items.
